Partner Registration Terms and Conditions

Fleet Requirement: The partner must own and maintain at least 10 vehicles in good working condition, which will be available for rental.
Insurance Coverage: The partner is required to provide insurance for all vehicles listed in the rental program.
Vehicle Standards: All vehicles must meet safety and maintenance standards set by our company and applicable laws.
Vehicle Branding: Vehicles must be branded in accordance with our company’s branding guidelines if required.
Rental Agreement: Partners must follow our standard rental agreements and policies for customer bookings.
Payment Terms: Partners will receive payments as per the agreed-upon schedule. Late payments may result in penalties.
Compliance: Partners must comply with local laws and regulations, including taxes, insurance, and safety standards.
Term of Agreement: The partnership agreement is renewable annually, subject to performance evaluation and mutual consent.
Termination: The partnership may be terminated by either party with written notice, should either party fail to comply with the terms of the agreement.
